'- PLANNING COMMISSIC4J <br />TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING <br />119 <br />October 13, 1969 <br />Chairman William A. Perkins called the Regular Meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of the Town of Los Altos Hills to order at 7:50 P. M. at the Town <br />Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California. The following members <br />answered roll call: Present: Commissioners Dawson, McReynolds, Minckley, <br />Weisbart, Chairman Perkins. Absent: Commissioners Hibner (arrived 7:58 P.M.) <br />and Lachenbruch. <br />COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE: Councilman L. A. Helgesson <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: September 22, 1969. <br />Commissioner Hinckley moved, seconded by Weisbart and carried unanimously, <br />that the Minutes of September 22, 1969 be approved as submitted. <br />1. Jack Giosso, Chairman of the Palo Alto Planning Commission, dated <br />October 6, inviting Town Commission to a joint informal discussion of mutual <br />concerns and requesting agenda suggestions. <br />Commission concurred to discuss this matter under OTHER BUSINESS on the agenda <br />1. The Committee for Green Foothills is sponsoring a conference re <br />"Building Around Geology", to be held Saturday, October 25, at the Menlo <br />Park Recreation Center. <br />2. Chairman Perkins stated Commissioner Dawson had requested a discussion <br />of Sherlock Road be placed on the next agenda. <br />COUNCIL REFERRAL: <br />City Manager stated the Council had requested the Commission to review Town <br />ordinances regulating the control of vicious dogs. <br />MOTION, SECONDED AND CARRIED: Commissioner Minckley moved, seconded by <br />Weisbart and carried unanimously, that the Commission set a Public Hearing <br />on this matter at the next meeting. <br />Commission requested Staff to prepare a report on this subject, prior to <br />the next meeting. <br />Town Planner presented memo dated October 13, 1969 entitled "Progress Report <br />on General Plan Revision Program". Town Planner noted the remaining planning <br />budget should be adequate to complete items 1 through 7 of Phase I. <br />Assistant City Manager stated that during the first three months of the <br />fiscal year $1,702.78 had been expended from the $S,OOO.GO budget for General <br />Plan Review and $976.97 had been expended from the $2,300.00 budgeted for <br />miscellaneous planning studies. <br />Commission concurred a General Plan Progress report should be presented at <br />the first of each month. <br />
