• 41110 <br /> RESOLUTION 26-13 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br /> APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 NATOMA ROAD <br /> SANITARY SEWER MAIN EXTENSION REIMBURSEMENT <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br /> AND MALAVALLI REVOCABLE TRUST DATED MARCH 13, 1997 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills ("Town") has read and <br /> considered that certain Amendment No. 1 Sanitary Sewer Main Extension Reimbursement <br /> Agreement ("Agreement") between the Town and Malavalli Revocable Trust Dated March 13, <br /> 1997. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> 1. Public interest and convenience require the Town of Los Altos Hills to enter into <br /> the Agreement described above. <br /> 2. The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby approves Amendment No. 1 and the Mayor <br /> is hereby authorized on behalf of the Town to execute the Amendment No. 1 between the Town <br /> of Los Altos Hills and Malavalli Revocable Trust Dated March 13, 1997. <br /> The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City.
