Absent: Commissioner Hibner. <br />CITY COUgCIL REPRESENTATIVE: Mayor Walter A. Benson <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES. December 28, 1970. <br />Commissioner Perkins moved, seconded by Lachenbruch and carried unanimously <br />(Hibner absent) that the Minutes of December 28, 1970, be approved with the following <br />corrections: <br />Page 1, Approval of Minutes, December 14, 1970, revise the third line of the last <br />paragraph (statement by Commissioner Perkins) by deleting the word "exceeded' and <br />inserting the words 11have building sites, which exceed". <br />Page 3, Matadero Oaks, revise line 3 and 4 of paragraph 3 so that this reads: <br />"...but they do require the subdivider to back off from the maximum number of lots <br />whenever such a number is not consistent with other provisions of the ordinances. <br />" <br />thir <br />COMMUNICATIONS: <br />subdivision <br />1 Palo <br />looAlto PlanniClub ng <br />Oniti 11, on wnearill cAlexisrDrivthee and dlthepPalo Alt of 30 tCountry Club <br />of o January 13, 1971. <br />VARIANCES: <br />1.
