Z SIDE 1 TRACK 1 Footage 00-720 <br />':ice Chairman Weisbart called the Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission of the <br />Town of Los Altos Hills to order at 7:48 P.M. at the Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, <br />Los Altos Hills, California. The following members answered roll call: Present: <br />Commissioners Lachenbruch, Magruder, Mueller, Perkin,, Spencer, Weisbart, <br />Absent: Chairman McReynolds. <br />ANNOUNCEMINTS: <br />1. Staff announced that Stanford will present their land development plans to the <br />City Council at the July 6, 1971 meeting. <br />COAMUNICATIONS: <br />1. Planning department of Palo Alto advised of change of zoning for a section of <br />Ara,tradero. <br />2. Mrs. J. D. Steers requested consideration of ordinance changes to allow brash <br />clearing for fire prevention without necessitating residents to obtain grading permits. <br />Vice Chairman Weisbart requested Staff to investigate reported unauthorized clearing <br />on the Steers, property and advise the Commission as to any violations of the ordinanc <br />3. Mrs. Karen Barth, 393 Whitclem Drive, Palo Alto,criticised the condition of horse <br />trails within the Town. <br />4, Mrs, Millie Baviann, Chairmen of the Pathway Committee read a statement from the <br />Committee requesting funds. Commission requested the Committee to investigate Mrs. <br />Barth's request and prepare a recommendation for reply. <br />OLD HUSINFSS� <br />I. Abandonment of a Portion of Dori Lane. <br />.Staff advised that Mr. Felix Hall, who originally requested this abandonment had aince <br />withdrawn his request. In addition, Staff noted that it had found that this portion <br />of Dori Lane which extends to the Freeway fence is a private easement over which the <br />Tope has no rights. Staff concluded that the Town could place poets at the end of the <br />cath at the northwest corner of the Hall property, however, to prevent passage of <br />motorcycles. <br />USE PERMITS: <br />1. Fremont Hills Country Club (IIP -353-71) Amending <br />tennis V-20-57 by requesting two additions: <br />courts. _ <br />Staff reviewed that this application had been continued from the June 14th meeting so <br />t that additional background data regarding the history of the Fremont Hi11a <br />�+ could be provided the Commission.
