• 1110 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5 2 0 3 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br /> ACCEPTING GRANT OF AN ACCESS EASEMENT <br /> (Lands of Korman) <br /> WHEREAS, Joshua Korman and Siobhan Korman as Trustees of the Fink Family Trust <br /> ("Owners"), own the property located at Altadena Drive, Kingsley Avenue and Lowell Avenue <br /> in Los Altos Hills, California, with the Assessor's Parcel Number 175-21-115 ("Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, Owners have offered to grant to the Town an easement of approximately 25 <br /> square feet for ingress and egress, and for the construction, operation and maintenance of <br /> existing and future pathway facilities, for bicycle, pedestrian and equestrian use, together with <br /> right of access thereto over the a portion of the Property("Access Easement"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it is necessary and proper and in the public <br /> interest to accept the grant of the Access Easement; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does <br /> RESOLVE as follows: <br /> The Town hereby accepts on behalf of the public, and for the purposes therein described, <br /> the Grant of Access Easement attached to this Resolution as Attachment A, and the Mayor is <br /> hereby authorized and directed to execute,the Grant of Access Easement. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this flty of , 2003 <br /> BY: ,_ <br /> Mayor <br /> AT EST: <br /> City Clerk ip <br /> #647260v1 <br />
