TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />NOTICE OF <br />SITE DEVELOPMENT PUBLIC HEARING <br />NOTICE. IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State <br />of California, has set after the hour of 10:00 A.M. TUESDAY, APRIL 8, 2008 in the <br />Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as <br />the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: <br />LANDS OF HYVER, 12366 Priscilla Lane; File #32-08-ZP; A request to <br />install a 5' solid wood fence with a 12" lattice along the perimeter of the <br />property and 6' tall wood driveway gate. This fence requires a public <br />hearing due to the removal of the existing screening vegetation. CEQA <br />review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15061 (b)(3) (Staff -Nicole <br />Horvitz). <br />The file for the application is at the Office of the City Clerk at the Los Altos Hills Town <br />Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California and may be reviewed at that <br />location upon request. <br />All interested persons may appear and be heard at said time and place. Written <br />communications should be filed prior to the date of the Hearing. If you challenge the <br />action of the Site Development Hearing, Planning Commission, or the City Council in <br />court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the <br />public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the <br />Town at, or prior to, the public hearing.
