• <br /> RESOLUTION No. 72-02 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN <br /> OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER <br /> TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF PALO ALTO <br /> FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT SERVICES <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills has read and considered <br /> that certain Agreement between the Town and the City of Palo Alto for information <br /> technology support services; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby <br /> authorize the City Manager on behalf of the Town to execute the Agreement between the <br /> Town of Los Altos Hills and the City of Palo Alto. <br /> REGULARLY PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 2002. <br /> BY: <br /> ayor <br /> City Clerk <br />
