RESOLUTION NO 101-02 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br /> AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE PATHWAY <br /> REHABILITATION PROJECT AT CENTRAL DRIVE <br /> WHEREAS, the Public Works Director of the Town of Los Altos Hills did duly consider <br /> and examine all bids submitted to the Town for the construction of Pathway <br /> Rehabilitation Project near Central Drive; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Public Works Director recommends that the contract for said project be <br /> awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, Stoloski & Gonzalez, Inc., for the amount of <br /> $14,500; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los <br /> Altos Hills that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute the <br /> awarded contract to the above-named organization on behalf of the Town of Los Altos <br /> Hills. <br /> 7th November <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this day of , 2002 <br /> <br /> By: <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> City Cle <br /> L:\engineering\mcheng\Report CC\110702\STGnReso.doc <br />
