Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution 40-01 on June 7, 2001, the City Council of the Town of <br /> Los Altos Hills declared its intent to vacate a ten (10)foot portion of the Public Easement _ <br /> pursuant to Chapter 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code. . <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE <br /> as follows: <br /> The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, pursuant to California Streets and <br /> Highways Code, Division 9, Chapter 4, Section 8320, et seq., hereby orders the vacation <br /> of a ten (10) foot portion of the Public Easement, described and shown in Exhibits A and <br /> B, hereto, which is unnecessary for present or prospective public purposes. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of Jul y , 2001. <br /> By: <br /> ATTEST: Mayor - <br /> City Clerk <br />
