i II <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23-00 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br /> ACCEPTING THE QUARRY HILLS SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS, <br /> TRACT 8872 <br /> LANDS OF VIDOVICH <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills approved the tract <br /> map for lands of Vidovich on April 15, 1998, which tract map was recorded June 10, 1998 <br /> in Book 703 of Maps, pages 20 - 32 in the Official Records of Santa Clara County; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to approval of the Map, the Town and John Vidovich, <br /> ("Owner") entered into a Subdivision Improvement Agreement whereby the Owner agreed <br /> to construct certain improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected and found that the improvements, <br /> including the sewer through Juan Prado Preserve, are substantially complete pursuant to <br /> the Subdivision Improvement Agreement; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does <br /> RESOLVE as follows: <br /> SECTION 1. The improvements described in the Subdivision Improvement <br /> Agreement entered into between the Town and the Owner are hereby accepted as <br /> substantially complete. <br /> SECTION 2. The City Manager is authorized to release the performance surety <br /> as the Owner has submitted an acceptable warranty bond to the City Engineer.
