• 410 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 29-00 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN <br /> OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR <br /> 1999-00 BUDGET FOR COMMITTEE EXPENSES <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council did, on June 17th, 1999, approve and adopt the <br /> Operating Budget for the Town of Los Altos Hills for the 1999-2000 Fiscal <br /> Year; and <br /> WHEREAS, in order to allow for the successful completion of certain Town <br /> Committee projects and events authorized by the Council, adjustments to the <br /> Committee budgets are recommended; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does <br /> RESOLVE as follows: <br /> 1. The City Council does hereby approve and adopt an additional <br /> appropriation of $3,034 for the Community Relations Committee, to <br /> provide funding for the May 21st Town Picnic. <br /> 2. The City Council does hereby approve and adopt an additional <br /> appropriation of $4,276 for the Pathway Committee, to allow for the <br /> purchase of copies of the Town's pathway map, for inclusion with the next <br /> mailing of the town's newsletter. <br /> 3. The City Council does hereby approve and adopt an additional <br /> appropriation of$500 for the Community Relations Committee, to provide <br /> for the additional postage needed for the next mailing of the Town's <br /> newsletter. <br /> 4. The Finance Director is hereby authorized to prepare the amendment to the <br /> Town's operating budget to reflect these changes. <br /> 5. A copy of the amended Operating Budget shall be kept on file with the City <br /> Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, as the official Budget of the Town of <br /> Los Altos Hills for the 1999-2000 Fiscal Year. <br /> REGULARLY passed and adopted this 1st day of June, 2000. <br /> B <br /> ATTEST: •r <br /> City Clerk <br />
