Laub and Julia M. Laub, Trustees of the Laub Family Trust <br /> Agreement dated May 16, 1997, the current owners ("Owners")of the property commonly <br /> known as 28140 StoryHill Lane, Los Altos Hills, California ("Property"),), have requested <br /> that a portion of the Original Pathway Easement be summarily vacated because it will be <br /> superseded by relocation; and <br /> WHEREAS, Owners have requested that the Pedestrian Equestrian Easement be <br /> summarily vacated, because it will be superceded by relocation; and <br /> WHEREAS, concurrently herewith, the Owners will dedicate to the Town a new <br /> pathway easement over the Property ("New Pathway Easement"), which offer will be <br /> accepted by the Town at this time; and <br /> 1 N:\DATA\Clients\L\LAH\Projects\Laub\Sum-Vac.RUT <br />
