RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br /> ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY <br /> LANDS OF LINDY PROPERTIES I (CURRENTLY LANDS OF HEALY) <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined the Final Subdivision Map entitled <br /> PARCEL MAP, BEING A PORTION OF PARCEL 3, AS SHOWN ON THAT CERTAIN <br /> RECORD OF SURVEY, FILED FOR RECORD IN BOOK 127 OF MAPS, PAGE 4, SANTA <br /> CLARA COUNTY RECORDS and has determined that the proposed dedication of the "future" <br /> public right-of-way is in conformity with Town's Right-Of-Way Policy adopted by the City <br /> Council on February 15, 1989 and the General Plan Circulation Element Goal C-1. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does_ <br /> RESOLVE as follow: <br /> The City Council of the Town hereby accepts the sixty (60) foot wide future public <br /> Right-Of-Way dedication. <br /> The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of <br /> Los Altos Hills at a regular meetingheld on the 21st day of July, 2011 by the following vote: <br /> AYES: Summit, Larsen, Mordo, Radford, Waldeck <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> // <br /> BY: ( <br /> Ginger ,e i , Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> '' <br /> <br /> <br /> -,Deborah Padovan,City Clerk <br /> Resolution No.38-11 Page 1 <br />
