• <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15-12 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br /> APPROVING AGENCY AGREEMENTS FOR <br /> COUNTYWIDE AB939 IMPLEMENTATION FEE AND <br /> HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE (HHW) COLLECTION PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, the County Board of Supervisors has created a Countywide Household <br /> Hazardous Waste (HHW) Collection Program whereby residents of the county and participating <br /> jurisdictions will have an opportunity to safely dispose of HHW, regardless of the specific <br /> location at which an event has been scheduled; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills has read and considered <br /> Agency Agreement for Countywide AB939 Implementation Fee and Agency Agreement for <br /> Countywide Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Collection Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills authorizes an <br /> augmentation amount of$21,000 for a higher level of HHW collection service provided by the <br /> County; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los <br /> Altos Hills that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the following agreements <br /> on behalf of the Town of Los Altos Hills: <br /> 1. Agency Agreement for Countywide AB939 Implementation Fee <br /> 2.
