• 111 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13-12 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br /> APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP FOR THE <br /> LANDS OF PURISSIMA LOS ALTOS HILLS 3, L.P. <br /> (FORMERLY LANDS OF HOUSTON-HENSLEY) <br /> FILE#216-08-IS-TM-ND-GD <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined the proposed Final Subdivision Map <br /> entitled PARCEL MAP, BEING A PORTION OF PARCEL 2, AS SHOWN ON THAT <br /> CERTAIN RECORD OF SURVEY, FILED FOR RECORD IN BOOK 127 OF MAPS PAGE 4, <br /> SANTA CLARA COUNTY RECORDS, AND LYING ENTIRELY WITHIN THE TOWN OF <br /> LOS ALTOS HILLS, CALIFORNIA and has determined that the said Final Map is in <br /> conformity with the approved Tentative Map for said subdivision, the requirements of Chapter 1 <br /> entitled "Subdivisions" of Title 9 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code, and the provisions of <br /> the Subdivision Map Act; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does <br /> RESOLVE as follow: <br /> The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby approves the above-described <br /> Final Subdivision Map and accepts, on behalf of the public, all street and easements offered for <br /> dedication in conformity with the terms of the dedication offer and designated on the Map. <br /> The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of <br /> Los Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of April, 2012 by the following vote: <br /> AYES: Larsen, Waldeck, Mordo, Radford, Summit <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> ABSENT: Nonei <br /> BY: - <br /> ►- ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Debotah Padbvan; City Clerk <br /> Resolution No. 13-12 Page 1 <br />
