IP <br /> RESOLUTION No. 54-10 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS REGULATING PARKING ON <br /> TOWN-OWNED PARKING LOTS <br /> WHEREAS, there are currently no parking restrictions or regulations at Town- <br /> 'owned parking lots; and <br /> WHEREAS, parking regulations and restrictions will ensure parking space <br /> availability for people conducting Town business; and <br /> WHEREAS, California Vehicle Code Section 22519 allows public agencies to <br /> regulate and restrict parking in parking lots which it owns and shall apply when signs <br /> giving notice thereof have been erected; and <br /> REpursuant to Los Altos Hills Municipal Code Section 4-3.1004 <br /> WHEREAS, p (b) <br /> City Council may establish any area by resolution as a no parking area when such area is <br /> indicated by appropriate signs <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does <br /> RESOLVE as follows: <br /> Section 1. Prohibit the parking of vehicles on Town-ownedparking lots between <br /> the hours of 2 am and 5 am on any day, except vehicles owned and registered by any <br /> public agency,referred to as "E"plates. <br /> Section 2.
