. • • <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 49-00 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AS COMPLETED THE WORK OF THE <br /> "PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT AND STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENT <br /> PROJECT CIP98-99", <br /> AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT CONCERNING SUCH WORK, <br /> DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE NOTICE OF COMPLETION <br /> WHEREAS, the Public Works Manager of the Town of Los Altos Hills ("Town") <br /> has, in writing, made and filed in the Office of the City Clerk his notice or certificate <br /> certifying that the work under contract described as the Pavement Management and Storm <br /> Drain Improvement Project C1P98-99, has been completed in conformance with the Plans <br /> and Specifications for said project, and has recommended that said work be accepted as <br /> complete and satisfactory; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does <br /> RESOLVE as follows: <br /> Section 1. The above-described work as mentioned in the notice of the Public <br /> Works Manager is hereby accepted as substantially complete, and the appropriate officer <br /> of the Town is authorized to make final payment concerning the above-described work. <br /> Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the <br /> County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, notice of the completion of said project <br /> within ten(10) days from the date of this Resolution. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of July , 2000. <br /> / <br /> <br /> Mayor Ilfr <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br />
