No Fees <br /> This Document is Recorded 0 <br /> Taxes. . . <br /> For the Benefit of the A00154o23?sm Copies. . <br /> Town of Los Altos Hills and is AMT PAI D <br /> Exempt from Fee per Government BRENDA DAVISCode Sections 27381 and 6103 RDE # 008/013 <br /> SANTA CLARA COUNTY RECORDER 9/26/2000 <br /> When Recorded, Mail to: Recorded at the request of 10:52- AM <br /> City <br /> City Clerk <br /> Town o n of Los Altos Hills <br /> 26379 Fremont Road <br /> Los Altos Hills, CA 94022 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 52-00 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS TO PARTIALLY VACATE SUMMARILY <br /> THE CONSERVATION EASEMENT ON LANDS OF <br /> MOON LANE DEVELOPMENT, LLC <br /> WHEREAS,for the benefit of the general public,a conservation easement("Original <br /> Easement") was placed on Lot 3 of Moon Lane subdivision ("Property") as described in <br /> that certain parcel map, which was filed for record in the Santa Clara County Recorder's <br /> Office on July 18, 1996, in Book 679 of Maps, Pages 41 through 44; and <br /> WHEREAS, Moon Lane Development, LLC, the current owner of the Property <br /> ("Owners"), have requested that the Original Easement be partially vacated because it will <br /> be superseded by relocation; and <br /> WHEREAS, concurrently herewith, the Owner will dedicate to the Town a new <br /> conservation easement over the Property("New Easement"),which offer will be accepted <br /> by the Town at this time; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town now desires summarily to partially vacate <br /> the Original Easement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> 1. The City Council of the Town, pursuant to California Streets and Highways <br /> Code, Division 9, Chapter 4, Section 8333, et seq., hereby partially vacates the Original <br /> Easement as described and shown in Exhibits A and B hereto, and finds that a portion of <br /> the Original Easement has been superseded by relocation.
