r� <br />PLANNING COMMISSIO" <br />TOWN OF LAS ALTOS HILLS <br />MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING <br />January 10, 1972 <br />REEL PC 6 Side 1 Track 1 30 -End <br />Side 2 Track 1 00-130 <br />Chairman McReynolds called the Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission of <br />the Town of Los Altos Hills to order at 7:50 P.M. at the Town Hall, 26379 <br />Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California. The following members answered <br />roll call: Commissioners Lachenbruch, Mueller, Magruder, Perkins, Spencer, <br />Weisbart, and Chairman McReynolds. Absent: None. <br />APPROVAL CP MINUTES: <br />Minutes of Nov. S, ^.21 a:if LKc. 13, 1571 worn yet completed for approve'.. <br />COM X.'ICATICNS: <br />1. League of California Cities advised of Planning Institute scheduled for <br />February 23 -25, 1972. <br />2. Proposed revisions to the Standard Specifications for Subdivisions pre- <br />kar pared by the Town Engineer Were distributed for comments. <br />3. Staff reviewed an unsigned letter from Mrs. Lois Hogle which stated that <br />the Sierra Club would prepare a subdivision map (if required) to reflect <br />that portion of her acreage dedicated in perpetuity to the Sierra Club. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br />1. City Clerk advised that nomination papers may be filed between January <br />13, 1972 and noon on February 3, 1972, for the three Council vacancies <br />on the April 11th municipal election. <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Commissioner Spencer reported on the 12/28/71 meeting of the Pathway Committee. <br />Their discussion on use of Byrne Preserve and construction vs. in -lieu fees <br />for paths was noted. <br />STUDY SESSION: <br />Chairman McReynolds adjourned to a study session at 8:00 P.M. and the Commis- <br />sion reviewed the Master Bike Route Plan proposed by the Pathway Committee. <br />Discussion suggested that the "circulation plan" indicate connections outside <br />of Town and internal activity centers (schools, parks, etc.) The Commission <br />also suggested the routes be coded to distinguish between those presently <br />existing, those presently feasible but not existing, and those proposed <br />but requiring resolution of inherent engineering problems. <br />The meeting reconvened to regular session at 9:00 P.M. <br />
