.41 �w PLANNING COMMISSION TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING April 10. 1972 REEL PC -7: SIDE 2, TRACK I -- FOOTAGE 355-834 Secretary Spencer called the Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission of the Town of Los Altos Hills to order at 7:55 P.M. at the Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California. The following members answered roll call: Commissioners Lachenbruch, Magruder, Perkins, Spencer. Commissioner Weisbart arrived at 8:10 P.M. Absent: Commissioner Mueller and Chalrman McReynolds. CITY COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE: Councilman Helgesson APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Minutes of March 27, 1972. Commissioner Perkins asked that the following changes be made for clarification: 1. The last sentence In Paragraph 2 on page 3 should read: "The Planning Commisslon t at that time formally recommended to the City Council that the 20' wide rI 'Future Street Widening Strip' be abandoned along all of Fremont Road." 2. Add to the end of the last sentence in the first paragraph on Page 4: "as they are unfair, If not Illegal encumbrances on the land and create prob- lems in both the sale and development of property." Commissioner Lachenbruch moved, seconded by Magruder and carried unanimously that the Minutes of March 27, 1972 be approved as corrected. COMMUNICATIONS: I. Memorandum dated March 29, 1972 from City Attorney, Robin Faisant re: "Future Widening Strips" along Fremont Road. This Item Is to be agendad on the April 24 meeting so this memo will be considered at that time. 2. Notice of Special Meeting of the Palo Alto Planning Commisslon for Wed. April 12, 1972, at 7:30 P.M. The subject of "Foothill Open Space" will be discussed. 3. Notice of a Public Hearing to be held April 26, 1972 by the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors on the extension of Interim Zoning Ordinance No. NS -9.211 ilmlting development In the Monte Bello Ridge Area. 4. Annual Report of Planning Commission activities for the period Feb. 8, 1971 to Jan. 1, 1972. Due to the absence of two members, this was carried over to the April 24th meeting for approval.
