ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Town of Los Altos Hills <br />Minutes of Regular Meeting <br />Reel PC 17, Track I; 000-035 <br />Chairman McReynolds called the regular meeting of the Environmental Planning <br />Commission of the Town of Los Altos Hills to order at 7:45 p.m. In the Council <br />Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California. <br />A. ROLL CALL: <br />Present: COmmissloners Lachenbruch, Magruder, Phillips, Spencer, Weisbart, <br />Young and Chairman McReynolds <br />Absent: Commissioners Perkins and Mueller <br />Others Present: City Manager Bruce Lawson; Town Planner, George Mader; <br />Town Engineer, Alec Russell <br />Chairman McReynolds Introduced the two new Planning Commissioners, Commissioner <br />Phillips and Yound, to the Commission and staff present. <br />He also appointed two members of the Planning Commission, Commissioner Spencer and <br />Commissioner Phillips, to the Board of Planning Administration. Chairman McReynolds <br />requested George Mader to describe the functions of the Board of Planning <br />Administration. <br />Mr. Mader Informed the Commission the Board of Planning Administration will consist <br />of three members, Mr. Lawson and two Commission members. He further Informed <br />the Commission that the Board of Planning Administration would have the responsi- <br />bility for review of Building Site Approvals, Variances, Lot Line Changes and <br />perhaps some small subdivisions and that all appeals would be processed through <br />the City Council. <br />Mr. Lawson Informed the Commission that only upon call by the City Council would <br />they review actions of the Board of Planning Administration and Environmental <br />Planning Commission. <br />After a brief adjournment and discussion between the members of the new Board <br />of Planning Administration, the first meeting was set for Wednesday, June 27, <br />at 7:00 p.m. <br />Chairman McReynolds informed those present in the audience that Items I and 2 <br />under Continuing Business would be postponed to the first meeting of the Board <br />of Planning Administration. <br />4 <br />
