ROLL CALL Present: Chairman Lawson, Commissioner Phillips and Commissioner Spencer Absent: [done B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: June 27, 1973 Continued with Board approval to the next regular meeting of the Board of Planning Administration. C. CURRENT BUSINESS: 1. PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST FOR BUILDING SITE APPROVAL: Mr. Robert Vignalats, Applicant (BSA 106-73) Tom Vlasic presented the request for building site approval of Robert Vignalats as it relates to the staff memorandum of August 3, 1973. After discussion by the Commission and presentations from the floor, the following changes were made to the conditions of the staff memo. 1. If the City Attorney determines that this is a private driveway instead of a private roadway, delete the requirement to widen the access road beyond 14 feet, and widen it to 14 feet only if no damau is done to the bank or it does not create a necessity to remove trees. The following condition was added to the staff memo. 9. Applicant must post a bond sufficient to cover the cost of improve- ments as required in Code Section 9-3.7n4. MOTION, SECONDED AND CARRIED: Chairman Lawson moved, seconded by Commission - Phillips and carried with a majority vote with Commissioner Spencer voting no that the request for building site approval for Robert Vinnalats be approved with the conditions as revised in the staff memo. Commissioner Spencer said he voted no because he felt that the language in Condition 1 was inadequate and that the judgment on this property was rendered to the Board late.
