• • <br /> RESOLUTION No. 3 3 0 9 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ADOPTING A STATEMENT OF <br /> INTENT TO ABOLISH FUNDING FOR THE POSITION OF <br /> ACCOUNTANT/OFFICE MANAGER <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council Adopted FY2009 Budget includes funding for one full- <br /> time Accountant/Office Manager position in the Town's finance department; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager's Proposed FY2010 Budget for fiscal year 2009-10 will <br /> included a reorganization of the Town's finance department to provide the professional <br /> services and personnel resources necessary for the finance department to efficiently and <br /> cost-effectively complete priority projects; and <br /> WHEREAS, the finance department reorganization requires reallocation of funding <br /> historically dedicated to the Accountant/Office Manager position; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Section 9.4.1 of the Personnel Policy Manual authorizes the City <br /> Council to abolish funding for any position; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby <br /> resolve to adopt a Statement of Intent to abolish funding for the position of <br /> Accountant/Office Manager. <br /> REGULARLY PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28h day of May, 2009. <br /> BY: <br /> c � L . k -'l <br /> Jean Mordo, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: , <br /> /64/.3 ,,+- <br /> Karen Jost, City ' <br />
