111 <br /> • <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 40-99 <br /> ii <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING <br /> GRANT OF SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT ON LANDS OF DENNY <br /> WHEREAS, George V. Denny III and Barbara L. Denny, Trustees of the Denny <br /> Revocable Family Trust dated December 13, 1990, as to an undivided 80% interest, and <br /> Adrienne Hetzendorfer, Trustee of the Barbara L. and George V. Denny III Charitable <br /> Remainder Unitrust as to a twenty percent(20%) undivided interest, collectively:("Denny") <br /> have offered to dedicate an easement to the Town of Los Altos Hills("Town")on the Lands <br /> of Denny; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that Grant of <br /> Sanitary Sewer Easement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the TowndoesRESOLVE as follows: <br /> 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the Grant of <br /> Sanitary Sewer Easement on behalf of the public. <br /> 2.
