TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />NOTICE OF <br />SITE DEVELOPMENT PUBLIC HEARING <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State <br />of California, has set after the hour of 10:15 A.M. TUESDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2008 in <br />the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, <br />California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: <br />LANDS OF WRIGHT, 11930 Rhus Ridge; File #154-08-ZP-SD-GD; A <br />request for a Site Development Permit for a 533 square foot swimming <br />pool. CEQA review: Categorical Exemption per Section 15303(e) (Staff - <br />Nicole Horvitz). <br />The file for the application is at the Office of the City Clerk at the Los Altos Hills Town <br />Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California and may be reviewed at that <br />location upon request. <br />All interested persons may appear and be heard at said time and place. Written <br />communications should be filed prior to the date of the Hearing. If you challenge the <br />action of the Site Development Hearing, Planning Commission, or the City Council in <br />court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the <br />public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the <br />Town at, or prior to, the public hearing.
