TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />NOTICE OF <br />FAST TRACK PUBLIC HEARING <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State <br />of California, has set after the hour of 10.15 A.M. TUESDAY, AUGUST 19.2008 in the <br />Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as <br />the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: <br />LANDS OF AH ENS, 13841 Robleda Road, File 427-08-ZP-SD-GP; A <br />request for a Site Development Permit for a 6,234 square foot new two <br />story residence with a 920 square foot swimming pool and 504 square <br />foot detached second unit. (Maximum height 26') CEQA Review: <br />Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 (a) & (e) (staff -Nicole <br />Horvitz). <br />The file for the application is at the Office of the City Clerk at the Los Altos Hills Town <br />Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California and may be reviewed at that <br />location upon request. <br />All interested persons may appear and be heard at said time and place. Written <br />communications should be filed prior to the date of the Hearing. If you challenge the <br />action of the Site Development Hearing, Planning Commission, or the City Council in <br />court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the <br />public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the <br />Town at, or prior to, the public hearing.
