E1' <br />10 <br />MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF <br />LOS ALTOS HILLS, CALIFORNIA <br />FEBRUARY 11, 1956 <br />The planning commission organization meeting on Febru- <br />ary 11, 1956, was called to order by City Clerk Paulman and <br />the following members were present: Richard Bullis, <br />Richard Dawson, Raymond Hoefler, William Simrell, Jr., <br />James H. Stedman and Proctor Milcuist; absent, Thomas Sherlock. <br />On motion of Mr. Hoefler, seconded by Mr. Bullis, <br />Mr. Simrell was elected as chairman of the Los Altos Hills <br />Plannin- Commission. <br />�r It was suggested by the chairman to have all members <br />study the county zoning ordinance and also the Hillsborough <br />Ordinance. Mr. McCandless and Mr. Simrell were asked as a <br />committee to study variances. <br />It was also suggested that all members study the subdivi- <br />sion ordinances as to roads and types. <br />It was also suggested that all subdivision maps be re- <br />ferred tw Mr. McCandless for designating net acreage. <br />The planning commission discussed the application of <br />Col.
