MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COb'Qâś“LISSION <br />OF <br />LOS ALTOS HILLS, CALIFORNIA <br />FEBRUARY 18, 1956 <br />The meeting of the planning commission of Los Altos Hills <br />was called to order by the Chairman, William Simrell, Jr., at <br />9715 A. M., February 18, 1956 at Purissima School, Los Altos <br />Hills, California. Upon roll call, the following members were <br />present : William Simrell, Jr., Thomas Sherlock, Raymond Hoefler, <br />Proctor Mquist, James H. Stedman, Cedric Maeabee, Charles Mc- <br />Candless and Henry G. Paulman; absent, Richard Bullis and <br />Richard Dawson. <br />There was a discussion pertaining to the Shipkey property. <br />After considerable discussion, Mr. Hoefler recommended <br />having a minimum of 1501 frontage with a minimum depth of 2001 <br />on all subdivision lots. <br />Mr. Simrell will consider personnel of the planning com- <br />mission for various committees and will report back at the next <br />meeting. <br />Upon the recommendation of Mr. Macabee in an sw er to <br />Mr. Otto Broetts request for road improvements leading to his <br />property and proposed subdivision of his land, it was suggested <br />that Mr. Brost have an engineer submit a tentative map showing <br />the division of his property into the two or three lots that <br />he has suggested including contours of not less than 101 inter- <br />-4w <br />
