MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />0 <br />LOS ALTOS HILLS, CALIFORNIA <br />FEBRUARY 22, 1956 <br />The meeting of the Planning Commission of Loa Altos Hills mea called <br />to order by the Chairman, William Simrell, Jr., at 8 P. M., February 22, <br />19569 at ourissims School, Los Altos Hills, Wifornis. Upon roll call, <br />the following members mere present, William S Wells Jr., Thames Sherlock, <br />Raymond Hoefler, James H. Stedman, Proctor Milquist, Richard Bullis, <br />Richard Dawson and Henry G. Paulman{ absent, Charles McCandless and <br />Cedric Meeabee. <br />Mr. Brost appeared before the planning commission with Mr. Sullivan <br />in regard to subdivision of his property on Josefs Avenue. Due to the <br />absence of Mr. McCandless, the town engineer, the matter was held over <br />until the next meeting. <br />Mr. Roland Gilbert of 1281 El Camino Real, Menlo Parke California, <br />(telephone DAvenport 3-4721) appeared before the planning commission in <br />regard to a resurvey of his 14 acres of land. The planning commission <br />accepted the plot plan of Mr. Gilbert to be given to Town Engineer McCand- <br />less for checking. <br />Col. Goats, of Burka Avenue, reappeared before the planning commission <br />in regard to the addition of a dining room to his house which is in vio- <br />lation of the zoning ordinance. It was agreed by the members of the plan- <br />ning commission that they would take another look at the proposed site for <br />
