v ' MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF <br />LOS ALTOS HILLS, CALIFORNIA <br />FEBRUARY 29, 1956 <br />The meeting of the Planning Commission of Los Altos <br />Hills was called to order by the Chairman, William Simrell, Jr., <br />on February 29, 1956, Los Altos Hills, California. The follow- <br />ing members of the planning commission were present: Chairman <br />William Simrell, Jr., Raymond Hoefler, James H. Stedman, <br />Proctor Milquist, Thomas Sherlock, Richard Bullis, Richard <br />Dawson. Absent, none. <br />A variance application of Col. Goatee was presented <br />% to build within 17 ft. of the street line. This application <br />was accompanied by a $10.00 fee and petitions signed by adjoin- <br />ing property owners with no objections. it was moved Dy <br />Mr. Hoefler, seconded by Mr. Sherlock that the planning com- <br />mission recommend to the city council the granting of this <br />variance. Motion was carried unanimously. <br />An application of Mr. Darwin Tielhet was presented <br />to the planning commission to redivide his property (4-5/56 <br />acres) into three lots, none less than one acre. This involved <br />width of lots being cut down to less than one acre. After much <br />discussion, the commission asked Mr. Tielhet to submit new maps <br />showing the net acreage of all three lots. <br />4W <br />
