MINUTES OF THE PLINNING COMISS1ON <br />OF <br />LOS ALTOS HILLS, CALIFORNIA <br />MARCH 17, 1956 <br />The first regular meeting of the Los Altos Hills <br />Planning Commission was called to order at 9 A. M.,at Puris- <br />sima School, on March 17, 1956. The following members were <br />present upon roll call: Chairman William Simrell, Jr., <br />Proctor Milquist, Raymond Hoefler, James H. Stedman, Thomas <br />Sherlock, and Richard Dawson; absent, Richard Bullis. Also <br />present was City Engineer McCandless. <br />There was a brief discussion on changes in the <br />#40 zoning ordinance. It was moved by Mr, Dawson, seconded by <br />Mr. Milquist and carried unanimously that the commission adopt <br />the definition of the State Map Act (referring to the sub- <br />division and record of survey) Article 3 -- 11535 (A) (1) (2) <br />amm ended (A) (2) to be adopted provisionally pending further <br />study of the size of parcels as directed. <br />There was a report by Mr. Milquist on survey of <br />roads as to widths of right-of-way, widths of pavement, widths <br />and circles of cul-de-sacs. <br />The commission also decided that they would look at <br />the different roads in a body. <br />It was moved by Mr. Hoefler, seconded by Mr. Stedman <br />and carried unanimously that the. net acre be computed from the <br />
