PLANNING COMMISSION <br />IL TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING <br />March 7, 1957 <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Richard Bullis <br />on Thursday, March 71 1957, at 7:30 P.M. <br />ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Chairman Bullis, Commissioners Tantau, <br />Powell, Williams, Sherlock, Stedman, <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Dawson, Mellquist <br />AGENDAS <br />Old Business: <br />1. Hereafter, the Commission will consider maps <br />that have been previously discussed by the Com- <br />mission and are ready for approval, and then <br />maps presented for preliminary discussion. <br />2. The following letter from Chairman Richard Bullis <br />to Mayor Sidney V7. Treat was requested to be put <br />into the minutes: <br />Dear Mr. Treat: <br />The following are loose ends that should be cleared <br />up as soon as possible to make the work of the <br />Planning Commission fair and equitable to the sub- <br />divider and the Commissions <br />First Priority <br />1. Make edme ts t� �ubdiviaion Ordinance. I <br />understand it is the Councils' plan to transmit <br />its individual members suggestions to the <br />Planning Commission. After digesting and re - <br />40 solving we will address our proposed amendments <br />to the town attorney via you. Any further changes <br />desired by the council will be decided by a <br />committee made up of two "planners" and two <br />Council members. Until the above is accomplished <br />the Planning Commission will strive to abide <br />by the present ordinance. <br />f 2. Council adopt engineering standardsfor new <br />4/ road and drainage construct on. See memo <br />of Road Commission of 1-30-57). These <br />standards should be drawn by the Town Engineer <br />and submitted to the Council as soon as possible <br />for adoption by resolution. The engineer may <br />
