Fremont Hills Development <br />Co - Letter from Mr. John Riley <br />rearrjQ ahsap Company <br />in Fremont Hills Unit lil. <br />The Planning Committee, Commissioner Sherlock, Chairman, was ask- <br />ed to work out an agreement with Mr. Riley. <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />1. Planning Commission - <br />It was suggested that names be submitted at the next meeting for <br />a new member to be recommended for appointment to fill the exist- <br />ing vacancy on the Commission. <br />NENd BUSINESS: <br />1. E. C. CCo�ols9 - Request for exemption of provisions of Ordinance #19 <br />as amended by Ordinance ; 25, Section 2:20 regarding a 6 acre par- <br />cel. <br />AW Mr. Cooley was present. He stated that he did not want this divi- <br />sion of 6 -plus or minus acres to jeapordize the future division <br />of his 27 acre parcel. <br />
