PLANNING COMMISSION <br />TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING <br />`r May lot, 1958 <br />The meeting was called to order by Vice -Chairman Omar N. Spain Thursday, <br />May 1st., 1958 at 7:35 r. M. at the Town Hall, 26379 'lest Fremont, Los <br />Altos Hills. <br />The Vice -Chairman deviated from the Agenda by reading an item of Cor- <br />respondence dated April 290, 1958 and signed by the Mayor, confirming <br />the appointment of George T. Hayes to the planning Commission. <br />ROLL CALL: FRESENT: Hayes, Holm, Sherlock, Tantau, Vice -Chairman Spain, <br />Dawson (arrived 7:50 F. M.) <br />ABSENT: Mellquist, Chairman Williams. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: April 19%, 1958. <br />Correction: Page 7, Item #7: Should read, "It <br />was suggested that Nestor Barrett, planning Con- <br />sultant, help guide the Planning Committee in <br />any future move in case the "C" route is adopted.. <br />ACTION: <br />Adopt minutes'of April 190, 1958 as corrected. <br />CORRESPONDENCE: <br />1. Fremont Hills Country Club - Item, dated April 250, 1958 requesting <br />Tice �'lanaing Commission to check the grading plans of the riding <br />ring and swimming pool areas. <br />Deferred, to be taken up under New Business. <br />2. or MJ. M. Fowls - Letter, dated Play 1st, 1958, requested that the <br />Fing Lommm se ion study the comparative merits of the "C" route <br />and 11B -C" route, and to appoint a representative to attend the <br />Study Session on the Freeway to be held at the Council Meeting on <br />May 5c, 1958. <br />Deferred to New Business. <br />3. Ma or. J. M. Towle - Letter, dated May lot, 1958, requested the <br />lanriing Uommnssion to review Mr. Alan Kinkead's revised report <br />regarding the proposed B -C route of the Freeway. <br />Deferred to New Business. <br />4. Goodwin 3teinber - Letter dated April 250, 1958, requested a de- <br />la—Yin-tRie Hearing of the 6ongregation Beth Am. <br />Noted. <br />4W5. James H.
