• • RESOLUTION NO. 4 2-0 8 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING GRANT OF PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT (SANITARY SEWER) ON LANDS OF P. JOHNSON LL, LANDS OF SATELLITE LLC, LANDS OF SCHARFETTER, LANDS OF SCHMITT,LANDS OF STRONG,AND LANDS OF THOMAS WHEREAS, P. Johnson LLC, a Delaware limited liability company of 13333 La Cresta Drive, Los Altos Hills, has offered to dedicate an easement within the property to the Town of Los Altos Hills ("Town") on the Lands of P. Johnson LLC; and WHEREAS, Satellite LLC, a Delaware limited liability company of 13349 La Cresta Drive, Los Altos Hills, has offered to dedicate an easement within the property to the Town of Los Altos Hills ("Town") on the Lands of Satellite LLC; and WHEREAS, Marie Scharfetter and Deborah L._Scharfetter,.as Successor._Trustees_of the 1995 Scharfetter Family Trust, dated July 28, 1995, of 13373 La Cresta Drive, Los Altos Hills, have offered to dedicate an easement within the property to the Town of Los Altos Hills ("Town") on the Lands of Scharfetter; and WHEREAS, Henry A. Schmitt and Suzanne L. Schmitt, trustees of the Schmitt Family Trust U/A dated December 21, 1981, of 13367 La Cresta Drive, Los Altos Hills, have offered to dedicate an easement within the property to the Town of Los Altos Hills ("Town") on the Lands of Schmitt; and WHEREAS, Theodore K. Strong and Jeanne W. Strong, Co-Trustees of the Theodore Knox Strong and Jeanne W. Strong Revocable Inter Vivos Trust dated May 15, 1990, of 26969 Beaver Lane, have offered to dedicate an easement within the property to the Town of Los Altos Hills ("Town") on the Lands of Strong; and WHEREAS, Stanley E. Thomas and Diana H. Thomas, as Trustees of the Thomas Family Trust dated April 3, 2002, of 13385 La Cresta Drive, Los Altos Hills, have offered to dedicate an easement within the property to the Town of Los Altos Hills ("Town") on the Lands of Thomas; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that acceptance of the Grant of Public Utility Easement(Sanitary Sewer) serves an important public purpose. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills that the Town hereby accepts the Grant of Public Utility Easement (Sanitary Sewer) on behalf of the public and that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Grant of Public Utility Easement.
