The staff is reenmrianding approval of the net, tank, with a holding <br />capacity of up to 15,000 rallons, but with the condition the existing tank <br />and tower be renoved. It is felt that anything else rvoull be considered a <br />special privilege. <br />',ir. Ferrari spoke, explaining his reasons for maintaining the oresent tank <br />and tower, and stating he only needed a ln,^^n gallon tank. <br />'lotion rias made by Comaissioner'1UELLFR, seconded by Commissioner CARICn, <br />the variance be grante•i, subject to the conditions listed in the staff re- <br />port of FeLruary 3, 1074, and that this variance he examnt from the renuire- <br />ments of the CEQA. :lotion was unanimously anproved. <br />ss Stant anm ng onsu tantvlasic explained,. t:;e var ante requested by <br />Collin.Peters, for a tennis court, and stated the staff could not recommend <br />approval of this variance as this would he against the Commission's Policy <br />statement regarding tennis courts and the ToUW s ordinance concerning var- <br />iances. <br />Kr. Collin Peters spoke, stating he eras under the impression the staff would <br />make a favorable recommendation, based on the field study. - <br />Assistant Planning Consultant Vlasic stated. after studyine the glans, the <br />staff found there would still be too great an encroachment, and could not <br />recomaend approval of this variance. <br />-1- <br />
