<br />Chairman Mueller called the meetina of the Environmental Planning Commission to
<br />order in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall, at 7:50 P.M.
<br />ROLL CALL
<br />Present: Commissioners CARICO, LACHENBRUCH, i'FlRUDER,pHILLIPS, SPENCER,
<br />PERKINS, YOUMr, MELLER.
<br />Absent: Commissioners NOTE.

<br />Assistant Planning Consultant Vlasic, Secretary Schilpo.
<br />MINUTES
<br />Commissioner Perkins stated on Page 2, under the Open Space Committee, it
<br />was he, not Commissioner Phillips, vft was apnointed to work on the guide-
<br />lines for the Open Space Committee. Also, under the Los Altos Hills Rac-
<br />quet Club, the minutes should show that flr. Bellucci did not request the
<br />[ adjourned meeting, but did concur with the Commission's decision to do so.
<br />Commissioner Lachenbruch stated on Pane 1, under the Land Use In Santa
<br />Clara County Report, paragraph 2, should have been added between the words
<br />"an attack" the words "in effect".
<br />Commissioner Perkins stated on Page 3, first paragraph, it was he, not Com-
<br />missioner Phillips who stated the words "with sign", also paragraph six
<br />should be changed from Commissioner Phillips to Commissioner Perkins. On
<br />Page 1, last paragraph, under the Land Use in Santa Clara County Report,
<br />at the end of the sentence "completely different", the %cords "in concept"
<br />should be added. The following sentence should be channed to read, "He
<br />requested the staff determine how the concepts are reconcilled in both the
<br />1969 and 1973 transportation reports".
<br />Motion was made by Commissioner SPENCER, seconded by Commissioner CARICO,
<br />the Minutes of the February 27, 1974, Meeting he approved as corrected.
<br />Notion was carried with Commissioner Mueller abstaining.
<br />Commissioner Spencer stated on the 'larch 7, 1974, finutes, on Pape 2,
<br />second paragraph, "parking can be a safety problem also", should be added.
<br />Chairman Mueller stated that paragraph 5, on Page 2 should have added,
<br />after "Chairman Mueller stated", the words, "it was his opinion".
<br />Commissioner Young stated on Page 1, under Los Altos Hills Racquet Club,
<br />paragraph three should show it was his opinion the City Attorney should
<br />law submit his opinions in writinq.
