<br />Chairman 'lueller called the meeting of the Environmental Planning Commission to
<br />order in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall, at 7:50 P.M.

<br />Present: Commissioners MAGRUDER, CARICO, YOUNG, PHILLIPS, SPEICER, MUELLER.

<br />Commissioner Spencer stated on Page 1 of the March 13, Minutes, under "Min-
<br />utes", first paragraph, it was he, not Commissioner Perkins who was appointed
<br />to the Open Space Committee. On the Minutes of February 27, it wets Comm.is-
<br />sioner Perkins, not Commissioner Phillips, who gave the background on the
<br />Town Committees, and under "Minutes" it was he, not Commissioner Phillips
<br />who stated the road bewween the Stedman property and the Palo Alto,School
<br />property should be an emengency access road only.
<br />Assistant Planning Consultant Vlasic stated In the Minutes of Aarch 13,
<br />under "linutes", second paragraph, the words "in effect" should be before
<br />the words "an attack". On P age 5, under "Altamont Knolls", last paragraph,
<br />it should show this was a request for a new Use Permit, not a transfer of
<br />the permit. On Page 6, under "Altamont Knolls", paragraph six, the sentence
<br />should be added, "and the condition the residence be returned to a single
<br />family residence".
<br />Chairman �',ueller stated in the Minutes of Tlarch 13, under the 'Santa Clara
<br />County Transportation Report", second paragraph, the second sentence should
<br />be changed to read, "All Commissioners stated their reasons for objecting
<br />to this report".
<br />Commissioner Magruder stated in the Minutes of Plarch 13, under the "Lands
<br />of Marcus Stedman", the vote should show he voted "no", and Commissioner
<br />Spencer voted "yes".
<br />Commissioner Phillips asked if the Chair should be voting on motions.
<br />Commissioner Spencer stated this haq been the custom in the Town.
<br />City Manager Lawson stated he would have the City Attorney check on this
<br />and report to the Commission.
<br />4W riotion was made by Commissioner SPENCER, seconded by Commissioner CARICO,
<br />the Minutes of %rch 27, V)74, be approved as corrected. Motion was unani-
<br />mously approved.
