ALTOS HILLS <br />sistant Planning Consultant Vlasic reviewed the buillding site applica- <br />far tion for the Lands of Woodward, stating the staff is recommending approval, <br />subject to the conditions listed in the staff memorandum of May 3, 197n. <br />Discussion followed concerning the Woodward property and the Aridano prop- <br />erty, to the east, concerning trails and access. <br />Commissioner Perkins requested that in the future, when the Pathway Com- <br />mittee requests a pathway, a map be prepared showing how the requested <br />pathway will relate to existing paths in the area. <br />City Engineer Russell requested Condition 1 of the "Check List" be made an <br />in-lieu fee, as the final subdivision map for the Pappas subdivision has <br />not been filed, and R.obleda will have some improvements required when the <br />subdivision receives final approval. If an in-lieu fee is required, it <br />will be in the amount of $1,900.59. Also, the in-lieu fee for parks and <br />1 recreation will be in the amount of $163.43, and the in-lieu fee for the <br />1 storm drainage will be in the amount of $200.00. <br />1 Mr. John Riley, Engineer for the applicant, stated the applicant was in <br />agreement with the staff recommendation,the triangular shaped parcel be <br />_ transferred to the Town, in exchange for the Tavn's transferring the sec- <br />tion of land shown as a public right-of-way to the applicant,as this right- <br />of way probably will not be developed. Also, the applicant, for this ex- <br />change, will give the Torn an additional ten feet of pathway easement, for <br />a total easement of thirty feet. <br />ter• Mr. Lester Jesten spoke on the triangular piece of the property. <br />
