PLAPINING COMMISSION To ;n of Los Altos Hills - Los Altos Hills, California Minutes of `lay 8, 1974 Reel 25, Side 1, Track 1 - 745 to end Side 2, Track 1 - 000 to 879 Vice -Chairman Spencer called the meeting of the Planning Commission to order in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall at 8:00 P.M. ROLL CALL Present: Commissioners CARICO, LACHENBRUCH, PERKINS, SCHICK, SPENCER, YOUNG Absent: Commissioner PHILLIPS STAFF City Manager Lawson, City Engineer Russell, Planning Consultant P'ader, As- sistant Planning Consultant Vlasic, Secretary Huffstetter. MINUTES Vice -Chairman Spencer stated on Page 4 of the April 24, 1974, Minutes, under the Proposed Ordinance of Moratorium on Building, second paragraph, he ob- jected to the proposed ordinance as he did not know anything about the ordinance. Assistant Planning Consultant Vlasic stated on Page 3, paragraph six, As- sistant Fire Chief Farwell responded to the questions of the Planning Com- mission stating a fire hydrant would need additional pavement along Country Way. On Page 4, under the Proposed Ordinance of Moratorium on Building, first paragraph, he objected to the vague language used in the ordinance, not the ordinance itself. Vice -Chairman Spencer stated the Piinutes of April 24, 1974, would stand ap- proved as corrected. Motion was made by Commissioner YOUNG, seconded by Commissioner LACH- EPIBRUCH, that Donald Spencer be nominated as Chairman of the Planning Commission. Motion was made by Commissioner PERKINS, seconded by Commissioner CARICO, the nominations be closed. Donald Spencer was unanimously approved as Chairman of the Planning Commission.
