VARIANCE AND PERMIT COMMISSION MEETING <br />T041N OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />26379 Fremont Rcad <br />Los Altos Hills, California <br />Minutes of January 22, 1975 <br />Reel 31 - Side 2 - Tract 1 - 270 to 317 <br />Chairman Spencer called the meeting of the Variance and Pemnit Commission to <br />order in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos <br />Hills at 7:18 P.M. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Present: Commissioners SCHICK, SPENCER <br />Absent: Commissioner PHILLIPS <br />STAFF <br />City Engineer Russell, Assistant Planning Consultant viesic, Secretary <br />Huffstetter. <br />MINUTES <br />Approved Minutes Of November 25, 1974 As Submitted <br />As t -here dere no corrections to the Minutes oT November 25, 1974, <br />Chairman Spencer stated the Minutes would stand approved. <br />APPROVED BUILDING SITE APPROVAL REQUEST FOR LANDS OF STRATHDEE, LOT 7, TRACT <br />NO. 3280, ORCHARDHH LI-L�fl-E, LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />06 Assistant Planning Consultant Vlasic stated buildinq site anoroval had <br />been requested for the Lands of Strathdee, consisting of l.nn net acre, <br />located on Orchard Hill Lane. The staff, in their memo of January 15, <br />1975, recomnemied approval, subject to the conditions listed in the memo <br />and the site be found categorically exempt from the provisions of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act. <br />Mr. Strathdee, applicant, spoke briefly on his requested building site <br />approval and that he was in the process of meeting the requirements of <br />the Town Geologist. <br />After discussion, motion was made by Commissioner SCHICK., seconded by <br />Chairman SPENCER, the building site approval request for the Lands of <br />Str-.thdee be approved, subject ".o the conditions listed in the January 15, <br />1975, staff memorandum, and the application be declared exempt from the <br />CEQA. Motion was unanimously approved. <br />City Engineer Russell requested there be a roll call vote for the record <br />on this item. Chairman Spencer stated Robert's Rules of Order did not <br />require a roll call vote. <br />:)JOURNMENT <br />Chairman Spencer adjourned the meeting at 7:25 P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Virginia A.
