PLANNING CONMIISSION <br />Town of Los Altos Hills <br />26379 Fremont Road <br />Los Altos Hills, California <br />Minutes of a Regular Meeting <br />Wednesday, May 14, 1975 <br />cc: Reel 35 - Side 2, Tract 1, 074 -end, Reel 35 - Side 1, Tract 2, Ont -095 <br />Chairman Perkins called the regular meeting of the Planning Commission to <br />order at 7:35 pm in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road: <br />Before the Roll Call, Chairman Perkins welcomed the new Planning Commissioner, <br />Lucy Hillestad, and asked the City Manager to swear her in. <br />A. ROLL CALL: <br />Present: Commissioners Brown, Schick, Young, Carico, Hillestad, and <br />Chairman Perkins <br />Absent: Commissioner Phillips <br />Staff: City Manager Robert Crave, City Engineer Alec Russell, City <br />Planner/Building Inspector Ken Pastrof, Planning Consultant <br />t Tom Vlasic, Planning Secretary Kate Tenney <br />Press: Dave Fuller, Palo Alto Times <br />B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: April 23, 1975 <br />There being no corrections, the minutes of April 23, 1975, were approved <br />as submitted. <br />C. REQUEST FOR CONTINUANCE: <br />1. LANDS OF MORGAN: Lots A,B,C, Tract 36n9, TM -2913-75, John Riley, <br />Engineer. <br />As the applicant could not specify a date at which he would be <br />Prepared, Commissioner Schick moved, seconded by Commissioner Young <br />and carried unanimously, to continue Lands of Morqan until further <br />notice by the applicant. <br />D. REQUEST FOR EXEMPTION FROM THE MORTIORIUM: <br />1. LANDS OF DOYLE, Josefa and Elena, John Riley, Engineer, TM -2n24-75 <br />City Engineer Alec Russell presented the Staff report, recommending <br />approval of the 4.0 gross acre parcel into two (2) parcels. <br />Commissioner Schick moved, seconded by Commissioner Carico, that <br />`✓ the Lands of Doyle, request for exemption from the Moritorium, be <br />recommended to Council for Approval. Notion carried by the foll- <br />owing roll call vote: <br />
