ROLL CALL: <br />Present: Commissioners Brown, Schick, Hillestad, Young, Perkins, <br />Chairman Carico <br />Absent: Commissioner Phillips <br />Staff: City Manager Robert Crowe, City Engineer Alec Russell, City <br />Planner/Building Inspector Ken Pastrof, City Attorney Frank <br />Gillio, Planning Consultant Tom Vlasic,Planning Secretary <br />Kate Tenney <br />L B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: May 28, 1975 <br />fir' Commissioner Schick noted an ommission on page 5, Condition G(d) should <br />read "Snack Bar hours - sane as tennis". <br />There being no further corrections, Chairman Carico declared the minutes <br />approved as corrected. <br />C. PUBLIC HEARING: <br />1. Conditional Ilse Permit: continued from May 28, 1975 <br />a) Adobe Creek Lodge, Lands of Bellucci, CU -8004-74 <br />Chairman Carico reviewed procedure and opened the Chair for suggested <br />changes and additions to the Conditions prepared by Staff for the <br />Conditional Use Permit application for Adobe Creek Lodge. <br />(Conditions 1 thru 7 were covered at the meeting of May 28, 1975) <br />Commissioner Schick requested that the following statement be read <br />into the minutes: <br />During the course of this hearing. I will not take additional time to <br />substantiate my recommendations when made for the following reasons: <br />For a CUP, our Municipal Code states the proposed use shall be <br />L reasonably compatible with land uses normally permitted in the <br />`r surrounding areas and not adversely affect the surrounding areas. <br />Section 9-5.1107 also states"Every conditional use permit granted <br />may be subject to such conditions as are deemed necessary to protect <br />
