APPROVAL OF MINUTES: June 11, 1975 <br />Due to revisions in the Minutes of June 11, 1975 Chairman Carico, with <br />the consensus of the Planning Commissioners present, with the exception <br />of Commissioner Perkins, deferred the approval of the Minutes to an <br />adjourned meeting on June 26, 1975. <br />C. PUBLIC HEARING: <br />1. Owlwood Farms, Conditional Use Permit, 24970 O'Keefe Lane, Frank <br />Ugie, Owner, CU -8007-75 <br />(refi Staff Remo June 19, 1975, Ken Pastrof, City Planner/Building <br />Inspector) <br />Mr. Pastrof noted that Staff had no further comments to add to the <br />Staff memo presented to the Commission. <br />Hr. Frank Ugie, applicant, had no comments. <br />Commissioner Young asked Staff if they had received any complaints <br />concerning this CUP, Staff responded they had not. <br />Commissioner Schick questioned Staff re Condition 15, asking if <br />this dealt with the non -conforming structures on the Uqie property <br />and whether or not the applicants understood that some of the <br />structures were non -conforming. <br />
