VARIANCE AND PERMIT COMMISSION Town of Los Altos Hills 26379 Fremont Road Los Altos Hills, California MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING Wednesday, March 10, 1976 vpc: Reel 47, Side One, Tract One, Count 1 to 24. The meeting was called to order at 7:15 p.m., In the Councll Chambers, Town Hall, Los Altos Hills, California. A. ROLL CALL: Commissioners Judith Carico, William Perkins, and Theodora Schick Also Present: K. R. Pastrof, Town Planner, and D. Pennington, Secretary. 0. CONSENT CALENDAR• Approval of the Minutes of February 25 1976 Canmissioner Cari cc moved, seconded by Commissioner Perkins, that the Minutes of the Meeting of February 25, 1976 be accepted as written with all Com- missioners abstaining as to their correctness because none of the Commissioners present were at that meeting, and there will be no time at which two of the Commissioners who were present at that meeting can vote, since they are now on the City Council. The motion carried unanimously. Since Commissioner Schick had the most seniority on this Commission, It was lliliiw unanimously decided that she would act as Chairman until a permanent Chair- man could be elected. C. PUBLIC HEARINGS: Lands of Antunes and Lands of Detrick Comnissloner Carlco moved, seconded by Chairman Schick that the Lands of Antunes and the Lands of Detrick be continued to the meeting of March 24, 1976. The motion carried unanimously. D. ELECTION OF OFFICIALS: Chal rman and Vice Chairman By acclamation, Commissioner Theodora Schick was elected Chairman and Commissioner William Perkins Vice Chairman. The new officials were warmly congratulated. E. NEW BUSINESS: None F. OLD BUSINESS: None G. AOJOURNMENT: 7:30 P.M. It was duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that the meeting be adjourned.
