The City Clerk administered the oath of offf ce to new members William <br />Hahn, A. Michael Stewart, and Richard Rydell, and had them sign the loyalty oath. <br />Chairman Carl co called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. In the Council Chambers, <br />Town Hall, Los Altos Hills, California. <br />A. ROLL CALL: Chairman Judith Carl co. <br />Commissl oners William Hahn, William Perkins, Richard Rydell, <br />A. Michael Stewart, and Kenneth Young. <br />Also Present *R. E. Crowe, City Clerk -City Manager; A. D. Russell, <br />City Engineer; K. R. Pastrof, Town Planner; D. Pennington. <br />Absent: "Commissioner Theodora Schick <br />4W B. The motion carried <br />by the following vote: <br />AYES: Chairman Carl co, Commissioners Perkins and Young. <br />NOES: None <br />ABSTAIN: Commissioners Hahn, Rydell and Stewart*** <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Schick <br />***The Commissioners abstained because they were not at the meting. <br />C. PUBLIC HEARING: LANDS OF FREEMAN, TM 203G-76, Tentative Map <br />Staff asked for a continuance to allow ti me for a more extensive title search. <br />The appli cant, It was noted, had agreed to this. <br />MOTION <br />Issioner Perkins moved, seconded by Commissioner Young, that the Public <br />Hearing on the LANDS OF FREEMAN be continued to the meting of April 14, 1976. <br />The motion was unanimously approved. <br />D. EXEMPTION FROM THE MORATORIUM: LANDS OF DELLES-JACKSON (DELLES-OKEY) <br />Mr. Crowe summarized the Staff Report. There am considerable sot I and draTn- <br />age problems here and they will take time to work out --to gain that ti me was <br />the primary reason the applicants were applying for an Exemption from the <br />Subdivision Moratorium. Chat man Carico recognized Gayle Okey.
