<br />Vice -Chairman Caxico called the meeting of the Planning CCMMssion to order at
<br />7:45 P.M. in the Council Chambers of Town Hall.
<br />ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
<br />Present: Commissioners Carico, Perkins, Ryden, Stewart, Yang and Schick.
<br />Chairman Hahn was absent.
<br />After the Pledge of Allegiance, Vice -Chairman Carico read a letter from Commissioner
<br />Hahn asking the City Council to extend his leave of absence until February first.
<br />She noted that this request was granted at the City Council meeting of January 5, 1977.
<br />Staff Present: City Manager, City Engineer Alexander Russell, City Planner/Engineer
<br />John Markl, Secretary Ethel Hopkins
<br />CCNSENT CALENDAR:
<br />It was moved by Commissioner Schick and seconded by Commissioner Stewart to approve
<br />the items on the Consent Calender for January 12, namely the following:
<br />1. YAnurtes of December 8, 1976.
<br />2. Acceptance of Tentative Map Application, LANDS OF DUVAL, File #TM 2049-76,
<br />dmbleda and Duval, Paul Nowack, Engineer.
<br />3. Acceptance of Tentative Map Application, LRMS C4' RICH, File #TM 2048-76,

<br />5. Acceptance of Tentative Map Application,. LANDS OF BAARDSNES,

<br />er who stated that the would abstain from approval on the Minutes of December 8

<br />City Planner/ Engineer John Markl noted that the subject application was for a
<br />property faimerly known as Cook's Quarterhorse Ranch. He referred the Commissioners
<br />to his Staff report of January 7 which contains extensive background information on
<br />the subject property.
