CALL: <br />Present: Commmissioners Schick, Stewart and Hahn <br />Also Present: Ttwn Engineer Alexander Russell, Town Planner/)ngineer John Markl, <br />Secretary Ethel Hopkins <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br />Camdssioner Schick requested that the Minutes of April 21, page four, be corrected <br />as follows: <br />Delete the second sentence of paragraph two under "New Business". Correct <br />the remaining sentence in the paragraph to read: 'Mr. Hahn, in locking <br />ahead to the nwbership of the Variance and Permit Crnmission for the <br />month of May when Lands of Mourad could be reheard, appointed Commissioner <br />Schick to remain on the Cc=dssicn through the month of. May., <br />Chairman Hahn requested that the last line of page three on the Minutes of. <br />April 21 be corrected to read 'BSA 6091-77' rather than "BSA 6090-77." <br />Chairman Hahn also asked that 'Minutes of a Regular Meeting' be inserted into the <br />heading of the Minutes of April 27. <br />NOTION SIXMDED AND UNANIMOUSLY APPIX7VED: It was moved by Chairman Hahn, seconded <br />by Cammi.ssioner Stewart and unanimously approved in a roll call vote that the <br />Minutes listed an the agenda, specifically the Minutes of. April 13, April 21 and <br />April 27 be approved as amended. <br />PUELIC HEARINGS: <br />1. LANDS OF AN(�I.L, File #VAR. 7037-77, 27385 Deersprings Way, Variance for Pool <br />Setback, Sandis s Associates, Engineers, Request for Recommendation of Approval <br />for Variance for Pool Setback. <br />Mr. Markl began discussion on Lands of Angell by referring Commissioners to his <br />staff report dated May 6, 1977. <br />c mmissioners had various questions concerning the scale of the man (Appendix 2) <br />and whether a pool site had been selected when the house was originally planned. <br />Mr. Markl said that the map scale was 1/8" to the foot, and that the development <br />
