Altos Hills <br />26379 Fremont Road <br />Ins Altos Hills, California <br />M 2RJT S OF A REGULAR MF.F= <br />Wednesday, May 25, 1977 <br />Reel 58, Side 2, Tr. 2, 248 to 789 <br />Chairman Hahn called the meeting of the Variance and Permit rrn ssicn to <br />order at 6:35 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall. <br />RXL CALL: <br />Present: Camdssioners Stewart, Schick and Hahn <br />Also Present: Than Engineer Alexander Russell, Tbwn Plannner/Engineer Markl, <br />Secretary Ethel Hopkins <br />APPROVAL CF MINUTES: <br />It was requested that paragraph three of the Minutes of May 11 be corrected <br />as follows: 'Mrs. Judy Angell, 27385 Deersprings Way, stated that the property <br />had been purchased in November, and that when the property was purchased they <br />had been told by the realtor that there could he a pool, but they had not seen <br />the plans for the site.' (The rest of the paragraph remains the same.) <br />MITICN SECCNEED AND CARRIED UNANIMDUSLY: It was moved by Canrti.ssioner Hahn <br />and seconded by Ccnmissioner Stewart to approve the Minutes of May 11 as <br />corrected. The motion was unanimously approved. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />1. Chairman Hahn <br />opened the hearing to the public. <br />Jack Chown, 13822 Page Mill ikmad, Mom Lane Iosident, asked what overall <br />plans had been naae in the area of Moon Lane. <br />He asked about how traffic would be muted on Moon Lane, and called attention <br />to esisting problem; with drainage and fire protection in the area. He stated <br />that he was not trying to make an issue of whether Mr. hourad world build a <br />house, but was concerned with keeping Nom Lane a private roars. He noted that <br />five hoes already existed on Poo Lane, and Mr. Mourad's develorment would <br />change this. <br />`r Ccmnissicner Schick noted that Mr. Mourad had submitted a letter dated May 16 <br />stating that because of the cost of dealing with water and fire protection prcbl.ens <br />in the area, the Mourads had decided to wait until a more economically feasible <br />
