Requirements <br /> to reduce light emission from skylights are included. (Condition#10) <br /> Section 10-1.504 of the Zoning Code allows a maximum building height of 27'. The <br /> proposed request to increase the structural height of the addition from 21.2' to 23.7' <br /> complies with the Town's height requirements.
